“The best creative producer you’ll ever hire.”
– Everyone who’s ever hired me
As a creative producer who’s also an actress and writer, I bring a unique mix of skills to the table. I get the creative process from all angles, which means I’m here to help your project flow smoothly from start to finish.
Whether it’s casting the perfect talent, managing the crew on set, or giving actors that extra bit of coaching to nail their scenes, I’m all in.
My goal? To make sure everything runs like clockwork so you can focus on bringing your vision to life.
Here’s how I can help as a production coordinator:
Casting coordination: Finding and securing the perfect talent for your project.
Talent management: Keeping actors prepped, on schedule, and ready to shine.
On-set coordination: Making sure everything runs smoothly and stays on track.
Script supervision: Keeping the script tight and consistent during filming.
Talent coaching: Providing on-the-spot coaching to help actors deliver their best.
Scheduling: Crafting and managing shoot schedules to keep things moving.
Pre-production planning: Organising all the logistics like locations and permits.
Communication: Bridging the gap between departments to keep everyone in sync.
Problem-solving: Quickly handling any hiccups that come up on set.
Budget management: Keeping an eye on expenses to stay within budget.
Producing Portfolio
Produced content for The Line campaign, with a strong focus on talent sourcing and pre-production. Cast real people to share personal stories, coordinated approvals and permissions, and ensured all talent felt supported and safe throughout the process. Worked closely with creative and strategy teams to ensure casting aligned with campaign messaging and audience.
Managed on-set production for The Line campaign, overseeing coordination, scheduling, and talent support. Acted as the main point of contact for talent on the day, ensuring smooth communication, managing nerves, and creating a calm, inclusive environment. Helped bring vulnerable stories to life with care and professionalism.
Worked across production and talent for the Melbourne International Comedy Festival – Only in the City campaign. I assisted with pre-prod script writing and shoot-day delivery. Also appeared on-camera as talent, bringing humour and energy to the campaign while helping shape performance direction on set.
“Ally was such a great addition to the team on our City of Melbourne campaigns. She’s smart, creative and just really easy to work with. Whether it was helping write script copy, shaping the creative, or being on set with talent, she jumped in wherever needed and brought great energy. She’s super reliable, thoughtful and fun! We’d gladly work with her again.”

Will Nash, Global Smash Sensation Director & Photographer
“Ally is highly organised, personable, and able to manage many moving parts in the lead-up to a shoot, and on the day of shooting. Working with sensitive subject matter and young talent can come with challenges, and Ally was able to address these challenges without issue and create a safe, supportive space for the talent on our shoot. I received a lot of feedback from the talent about how great Ally was to deal with. Her dedication, enthusiasm, and willingness to take on new tasks and help wherever possible is rare, and highly valuable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend working with Ally.”
